Viva Network
Viva Network is a global movement of Christians passionately concerned for "children at risk" and committed to every child having
the opportunity to become all that God intends. Rather than starting more children's projects, Viva Network creates and sustains
networks among people already working with "children at risk," so that more children get better help.
Rainbows of Hope
Through training, involvement in community- and church-based projects (using rapid response, short-term and long-term teams) and
by demonstrating Jesus' love to the children in every way possible, Rainbows of Hope seeks to restore children's losses and
extend to them the gift of hope.
World Vision
World Vision is a Christian relief and development organization dedicated to helping children and their communities worldwide reach
their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty.
International Justice Mission
International Justice Mission helps people suffering injustice and oppression who cannot rely on local authorities for relief.
The agency documents and monitors conditions of abuse and oppression, educates the church and public about the abuses, and mobilizes
intervention on behalf of the victims.
Bread for the World
Bread for the World is a nationwide Christian citizen's movement seeking justice for the world's hungry people by lobbying our
nation's decision makers. BFW Institute seeks justice for hungry people by engaging in research and education on policies related
to hunger and development.
Daughters of the King
The Daughters of the King is an Order for women in the Episcopal Church with Chapters in the Roman Catholic Church and in the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Daughters are dedicated to prayer and service for Christ's sake.
Community Bible Study and Teen Community Bible Study
Community Bible Study and Teen Community Bible Study are interdenominational Bible studies for the community. The mission of
Community Bible Study and Teen Community Bible Study is to make disciples of Jesus Christ in our communities through caring,
in-depth Bible study, available to all.
Covenant House
Covenant House is the largest privately funded childcare agency in the United States providing shelter and service to homeless
and runaway youth. It was incorporated in New York City in 1972 and has since expanded in the United States to Anchorage, Atlanta,
Atlantic City, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, New Orleans, Oakland, Orlando, Philadelphia,
St. Louis, Washington, D.C., and, outside the United States, to Toronto, Vancouver, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is an integral part of the Christian Church, although distinctive in government and practice. The Army's doctrine
follows the mainstream of Christian belief and its articles of faith emphasize God's saving purposes. Its objectives are the advancement
of the Christian religion of education, the relief of poverty, and other charitable objects beneficial to society or the community of
mankind as a whole. The Salvation Army has also been active in the abolition of sex trafficking.
Institute of Religion and Democracy
The IRD is committed to reforming the Church's social and political witness, and to building and strengthening democracy and
religious liberty at home and abroad. IRD is active in making the public aware and advocating for justice of those persecuted
in Sudan, Korea, China, and other countries where Christians are imprisoned, tortured, and killed for their faith.
National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families
Through their outreach program, the Coalition works to engage Christians in the cultural battle by educating and equipping them with
the Christian apologetic for chaste and moral relationships. By equipping Christians with a more comprehensive understanding of the
relevant cultural issues, they hope to invigorate them to become active in applying their faith in matters of public policy and moral
debate related to sexual ethics. NCPCF also fights Internet pornography.
Our Little Roses
Other than providing special ministry for girls at risk, Our Little Roses or Nuestras Pequeñas Rosas, as it is called in Spanish,
encompasses several interrelated ministries within the community. They include a health clinic, community for poor single mothers,
bilingual school, Jubilee Center for justice issues, retreat center, and a bed and breakfast and hospitality house.
CURE International
This faith-based, nonprofit organization establishes and operates teaching hospitals in the developing world for the medical and
spiritual healing of disabled children and their families.
Prison Fellowship Ministries (Angel Tree)
Prison Fellowship Ministries provides toys for children of prisoners.
World Relief
The Mission of World Relief, as originated within the National Association of Evangelicals, is to work with, for and from the
Church to relieve human suffering, poverty and hunger worldwide in the name of Jesus Christ.
